Terms

These terms apply when you access Atmina, join the alpha, connect an agent, or use Atmina to store and retrieve shared memory.

Last updated 1 July 2026

Who we are

Atmina is operated by Latent Minds in Sydney, Australia. References to "Atmina", "we", "us", and "our" mean Latent Minds and the Atmina service. By accessing or using Atmina, you agree to these terms.

Alpha service

Atmina is currently an alpha product. Features may change, break, pause, or be removed. We may invite or limit access, change eligibility, and make product changes while we learn what the service needs to become.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your account, your sign-in credentials, and the activity that happens through your account. If you use Atmina through a team or organisation, that team may control access to team content, settings, users, and billing.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you add to Atmina. You give us permission to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Atmina.

You are responsible for the content you and your agents upload, capture, or generate through Atmina. Do not add content unless you have the right to use it in the service.

Acceptable use

You must not use Atmina to:

  • Break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the service.
  • Abuse, probe, scrape, overload, or reverse engineer Atmina except where the law allows it.
  • Store content that you are not permitted to store or share.
  • Use Atmina to build or operate systems that create unlawful, harmful, or deceptive outcomes.

AI agents and outputs

Atmina helps agents remember and retrieve information. You are responsible for configuring your agents, reviewing their outputs, and deciding whether outputs are accurate or appropriate for your use. Atmina does not guarantee that an agent will retrieve every relevant fact or interpret memory correctly.

Third-party services

Atmina may connect with third-party AI tools, MCP clients, authentication providers, payment providers, cloud providers, and email services. Those services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Intellectual property

Atmina, including its software, design, brand, documentation, and service materials, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any Atmina intellectual property to you.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for Atmina or other users, or if we need to protect the service. You may stop using Atmina at any time and contact us about deleting personal information or account data.

Disclaimers and liability

Atmina is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during alpha. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, and for loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, guarantees, or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Atmina changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of Atmina after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@atmina.ai.

These terms are written for alpha access and may be replaced by more detailed customer, enterprise, or paid-plan terms as the product opens up.
